Wayland Brewing to host 1st annual Spring Food + Beer Festival

Event takes place on Saturday, April 6th and will feature over a dozen breweries and several local restaurants offering snacks

On April 6th, the fine folks at Wayland Brewing will use their gorgeous new space in Orchard Park to host over a dozen breweries and over six restaurants with their first annual Spring Food + Beer Fest.

The brewery lineup features some local friends like Old First Ward’s Briar Brothers, Smoldered Society (the new imprint from CBW), Lancaster’s Brazen Brewing and the Elmwood neighborhood microbrewery Autark (generally only found at the brewery/taproom).

From Rochester there will be Strangebird alongside Mortalis and Frequentum, both recently opened Buffalo taprooms). Additionally there will Godspeed (Toronto), Fairweather Brewing (Hamilton), Dancing Gnome (Pittsburgh) and Personal Best (Ithaca). Cider fans will have Buffalo’s own OSB Cider and Brooklyn Cider House to chose from.

Food offerings will range from Dopest Dough, smash burgers from Buffalo Burger Bros (Hamburg), our favorite new Pizza place Pizzeria Florian (EA), BBQ from the recently James Beard nominated Southern Junction (West Side), Hydraulic Hearth (Larkinville), legendary Bar Bill and Wayland’s kitchen will be serving snacks as well.

The party starts at 1pm and goes til 4pm on April 6th. Tickets can be purchased here and cost $55. Come hang out and enjoy some beer from this awesome handpicked roster of some really exciting breweries!
