Scenes from a meat raffle in Riverside

Friday night we held our first ever meat raffle at Amvets Post 13 in Riverside and it was a blast. We raised over $6K for our 2025 Ride for Roswell Team.

Friday night will be a night that the Buffalo Eats crew will never forget. I don’t even know where to begin but I want to say an honest thank you to every person who was involved in the event. We raised over $6,000 for our 2025 Ride for Roswell Team.

First, thank you to everyone that bought tickets and spent your time and money with us on Friday night. You are all amazing and I cannot say thank you enough, I know there were some minor hiccups with the event but it seemed that everyone was in a great mood and I hope you had a great time. We will be even better next year, I promise.

Thank you to the nearly two dozen people who volunteered their time to help us pull off this event. Especially a big thanks to our pal Puf who continues to be the best MC in town for any Buffalo Eats event. Also thanks to Melissa aka DJ Melpirebat for keeping the vibes going and being a perfect compliment to Puf’s on stage antics, the chemistry on stage last night was seamless. Finally, a big thanks to Lynn from Fun Meat Raffles who was excellent to work with and was great on stage with Puf, check out her calendar of events.

Thank you to the 40 local restaurants and shops that donated to our Raffle Baskets and helped us raise so much money. Please if you can, support the people who supported us.
